Refund & Return Policy

At WOODORA, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be in its original packaging.
• Include all accessories and proof of purchase.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to return your item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
• Customized or personalized products.
• Gift cards.
• Clearance or sale items.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

If you have any questions about whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first. Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, you may place a new order for the replacement product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
